TEMPORARY INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESS
Dear International Customer,
I am sorry to inform you my site is currently experiencing a service outage with shipping of international packages via USPS. I have investigated other services but frankly the costs to you and me are just not tenable.
I have spent countless hours working with my site provider to correct the problem but I have been unsuccessful in resolving the matter. I swear sometimes it's easier to convince furniture you have a problem...
I have been able to develop a temporary process that will work, although it is admittedly not very "Streamlined". I will continue to refine this information and procedure as we go along or until the matter is resolved by the order processing team. Don't worry if we don't things just right. We have still have email. Communication is the key.
I do sincerely apologize for this train wreck but rest assured we will get the big hook in here and clear the main as quickly and safely as possible. The trains will roll again.
As a reminder, please be sure to review the Shipping Policy, specifically the terms of international shipping, as this remains unchanged.
Finally, please note it appears the USPS has imposed a new value limitation on International shipping. Orders over $400 I think, after currency exchange I think, must ship Priority or Priority Express.

PROCEDURE
1. Place on website as normal and initiate checkout procedure
1.5. Alternatively you can email your order and shipping information exactly as you want it to appear on the shipping label to sales@sbs4dcc.com
2. At step 2 of checkout, select INTERNATIONAL - CHARGES BILLED SEPARATELY for shipping option
3. At step 3 of checkout, select CUSTOMER ACCOUNT for the payment option; NOTE - you can leave the Account Number field blank
4. Please indicate your preferred payment method in the order comments; please note PayPal is the easiest method because I can email you an invoice
5. Proceed to step 4 of checkout and complete the order
At this point you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL with order number and order details
6. I will update the order status to ORDER RECEIVED - INTERNATIONAL which allows the order to be imported and processed in the order fulfillment system
7. I will process the order and to get the shipping cost from the order fulfillment system and update the order with the new total and forward a revised copy to the email address on the order
8. If PayPal is listed as the preferred payment, you will receive a PayPal invoice, usually within 24-48 hours after order was placed
8.5 If Credit Card or other method is selected, please call between 5-8pm CST with credit card info to pay by phone or make other arrangements
9. Once payment is confirmed, I will process the shipment and generate a tracking number
At this point you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL with the revised order total and tracking information
